The focus of my career has been helping law firms level the playing field by introducing advanced technology solutions that allow firms to leverage automation to scale their practices.

My 18+ years of experience delivering quality technology and marketing-related solutions to the legal community has helped me develop a deep understanding of the legal space.
My favorite part of working with Kybrenol is the culture of the firm. Kybrenol expects excellence from all our employees and we reward them with a flexible work schedule and the ability to be creative within their various roles. Teamwork, commitment, flexibility, and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude are just a few of the attributes possessed by Kybrenol employees.

When I’m not working, I like to go on weekend family adventures with my three sons, take the boat out fishing or hit the mats for some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.

Katy began her career as an Accounting Professional, managing several accounting departments and teams, but learned along the way that her real passion was in Human Resources. Now certified, she has focused her goals in helping people become the best versions of themselves. Katy is an expert at recruitment and retention, conflict resolution and performance management. With her positive energy and enthusiasm, Katy prides herself on generating and building lasting relationships while advocating for employees and being the “Chief Happiness Officer”.

In her free time, Katy is raising twin girls and enjoys taking them on adventures, spending time with family and friends, reading and watching movies.

Ashley has been assisting and systemizing businesses for the last ten years.  She’s very passionate about helping others execute their business ideas and plans. She enjoys problem solving and figuring out new skills to ensure that everything is operating as smoothly as possible. She has experience in the Digital Marketing, Fabrication, Restaurant, Financial, and Legal markets.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with family/friends, read, exercise, listen to great music, and find joy in the mundane!
