Katy began her career as an Accounting Professional, managing several accounting departments and teams, but learned along the way that her real passion was in Human Resources. Now certified, she has focused her goals in helping people become the best versions of themselves. Katy is an expert at recruitment and retention, conflict resolution and performance management. With her positive energy and enthusiasm, Katy prides herself on generating and building lasting relationships while advocating for employees and being the “Chief Happiness Officer”.

In her free time, Katy is raising twin girls and enjoys taking them on adventures, spending time with family and friends, reading and watching movies.
